Figures released half way through the financial year have shown that Merseyside Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder NewHeartlands is well above its targets.

The Pathfinder which serves Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral has had another successful result beating its Board approved forecasts on all levels.

NewHeartlands has exceeded targets in areas of New Build, Refurbishments, Acquisitions and Demolitions maintaining the momentum of the programme through a difficult economic period.

The results show the continuing demand and support of the programme both from the people it is affecting and those involved in making it happen.

Brendan Nevin Managing Director of NewHeartlands said:
